Brighton and Hove Children and Families is a local authority Fostering Service Provider. The Brighton and Hove and Barnardo’s Link Plus Panel is a Joint Fostering Panel, run by Brighton and Hove on behalf of both the above Fostering Service Providers. When it deals with only Brighton and Hove cases it is able to sit as a single agency Panel. The Panel considers ordinary fostering, family and friends, and link plus respite cases.
